How We Deliver Impact
Small-Group Coaching & Mentoring
We believe real change happens through personal transformation. Our small-group sessions build connection, accountability, and character. Using Mary Gentile’s Giving Voice to Values approach, participants role-play real workplace scenarios where their values are tested, so they can anticipate pressure, practice speaking up, and respond with confidence in real life.
Strategic Institutional Partnerships
Collaboration is at the heart of our model. TSI seeks to partner with universities, TVETs, and employers to integrate our values-based curriculum into existing education and vocational pathways, expanding our reach and impact nationwide.
Blended Workshops
We deliver impact through a practical blend of values and digital skills.
